Default How do you customize your interface?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section of the Forum, I couldn't for the life of me figure out where to post this. Anyway, I've seen on a few printscreens that people have customized their interface, by that I mean, not moving it around, but actually colouring the interface. I can't help but feel it's so painfully obvious that I'm missing it, but I've looked absolutely everywhere and I really am struggling.

If anybody could point me in the right direction or give me a series of steps on how to do it, that would be brilliant. I'll post a printscreen of what I mean in a moment down below, but if you already understand what I'm on about, then s'all good.

Cheers guys.

Try Questions & Answers, back on the main forum page, top floor, can't miss it. I'm sure someone there can help you.

Texmod probably. But as Etta said, Q&A is good for that and I believe you have just posted a thread in there. BUT to save myself from their flames if I am wrong, I'm posting here.

You can get a trojan from it though, so use at your own risk.

If you got a trojan it wasn't from texmod. Yes, a few programs flag it is a virus. However, texmod is not, and never was, a trojan. If you got bugged, it came from somewhere else.
